We aim to dispatch conventional products from our warehouse facilities within 1-3 business days of your payment clearing. Customized products and bulk orders might take 2-10 working days to make, once dispatched you will receive an email from us.
International shipping is done through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Shipping rates are based on weight and size of the items.
Please check the condition of the delivery in the presence of the delivery person and note any visible damage to the parcel on the delivery slip. Without noting such points, the product is considered to be accepted by the Customer and cannot be the subject of any dispute concerning its delivery or condition. Please notify us of any damaged parcels, or damaged or missing products by email service@coolmify.com within 3 business days so that we can attempt to resolve the dispute in a reasonable time.
Please be noted that once your order is delivered to the applicable carrier company, the title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges in the event, but not limited to, a shipment being refused or delivery failure due to absence of the receiver, errors in information provided or failure to pay foreign import duties or taxes.
If you suspects that a processed and shipped parcel has been lost, please contact us by email service@coolmify.com within 12 days following the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
